From the starter to the dessert, let yourself be amazed and embark on a taste experience. The Chef, Yves Giustiniani, offers a varied menu in which colours and flavours delight the palate.
The Michelin-star Chef Yves Giustinani serves delicious gourmet cuisine. His passion for his work and his creative spirit mean that the menu is regularly updated.
Some of his dishes have become his signature, such as Foie gras ravioli; Scampi carpaccio, sea bass, tuna, lovage, Salt-baked sea bass; Sweetbread; Grand Marnier soufflé, Auberge pancake.

The dishes are regularly updated according to market availability. Three menus are available:
- "Auberge" menu at €40 (served from Tuesday to Friday inclusive, except on public holidays)
- "Saint-Jean" menu at €60 (served every day at lunch and dinner)
- "Tasting" menu at €92 (served for an entire table up until 1 pm and 9 pm)
